My qualifications:

1. Level 1 and 2 in Fascial Movement Taping awarded by RockTape UK 

2. Level 4 Diploma in Soft Tissue Therapy from the Federation of Holistic Therapists (FHT)

3. Level 2 in Gym Instruction and Level 3 in Personal Training from the Registry of Exercise Professionals (REPS)

My memberships:

1. Sports Therapy Organisation (STO) I am a Graduate Member of the STO

2. I am a member of the Federation of Holistic Therapists as part of the qualification mentioned above
