Taping:

A unique treatment option that can be used for a wide range of injuries and conditions:

Taping, be it using Kinesiology or Rigid Tape, can be applied to a number of different conditions and scenarios. These include the improvement of posture or the relief of pain with Kinesiology Tape and the stabilisation of joints with Rigid Tape. Whatever the problem, I can find a taping application to suit your needs!

Rigid Taping applications: £5.00

Kinesiology Taping applications: £5.00.

Whether you are an individual or team sport athlete, it is always essential to have first-aid cover in place at matches and training sessions. This will ensure that if an injury does happen, the right treatment can be administered quickly and effectively.

With experience in many different sports, including Women's and Men's Football, American Football and Rugby, I am well qualified to provide any cover you may need.
